Started by Patrick King (an art school mate at CWU) and three ex-members of Moral Crux (hear their early albums on Spotify> “Moral Crux” [1987]

and “The Side Effects of Thinking” [1989]).

1987-88

Sage. Lead guitar & back ground vox. A country (slash) rock cover band. Played two sets of pure country first and finished with two sets of standard rock

after the rednecks left. Played around the Columbia Basin in Washington.

1985-87

Hidden City. Lead guitar & lead / background vox. A sloppy and sometimes un-listenable three-piece rock cover band. Played every other weekend for three years

1980-84

The Mood. Lead guitar & lead / background vox. A garage cover band with about 20 original songs. Roots in new wave/punk, 60‘s rock, British Invasion and a

eclectic mix of you name it power pop. Played around Central Washington and Seattle area.
